It seem to give a pretty good workout. It’s nicethat it doesn’t take up much room and I keep it behind the couch and will use it while watching tv

I've purchased a lot of fitness gadgets and items over the years, and this is my favorite one. I can do a variety of workouts at home to keep my muscles active in between workouts at the gym. Really glad I found this item!
