Nice size, gets HOT!!

I use this daily, but after 20 minutes I'm sweating so much and realized that the belt gets so hot that my feet transfer the heat up into my body. Sounds weird but that's what happens. I'm using it on a tile floor but worry that it will burn my rugs if used other places in my home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
