This was a great show from beginning to end. They could have done another season but this is BBC and they love to end shows after only a few seasons.

Loved every minute of it. Glad we were able to get these DVDs at Best Buy after the FYE place where we purchased them before went out of business.

If you like syfy, you will like this. This is a good before story about Merlin and how he came to know the king.

GREAT PRICE couldn't wait to get home and watch it! Glad that they had it available in the store!

Best Buy always has a great selection of DVD's and Blue Ray Discs. I enjoy British Series.

Great BBC series. Too bad it got cancelled! Recommended!

WARNING: A SLIGHT SPOILER ALERT! This is a great conclusion to the stupendous _Merlin_ series. Seasons 1-3 were the absolute best of this series. in my opinion, Season 4 got too preachy and corny. Season 5 redeemed the series. The plots are intelligent. The last episodes are particularly moving and powerful. Colin Morgan is truly superb as Merlin. It was wonderful to see the actors/characters develop throughout the series. This season has a lot of suspense concerning Gwen as well (Angel Coulby did a fine job!). I also liked Alexander Vlahos' Mordred. I didn't necessarily believe Mordred's ultimate loyalty to Morgana, but I liked the complexity with which Vlahos portrayed Mordred. All of the actors did wonderful performances. Highly recommended.

“Merlin Season Five” definitely ends differently than I expected. However, I can see why it ended the way it did in keeping with the series theme. The bonuses included on this dvd collection are the deleted scenes, outtakes, making of Merlin, and the storyboards (where different sketches of the Merlin scenes are displayed). “Merlin Season Five” is great for those who have watched any of the other Merlin Seasons and for those who enjoy watching fantasy themed television.

I loved this season!!! The ending was interesting, even though it was a bit off-putting. It took a minute to figure out what was going on there, but it was definitely an exciting finale for an awesome series. A little sad they left it there, but all-in-all it was worthy of all 5 stars I gave it.

I will say that it was super great all the way up unitl the very end. Not happy about how it concluded since it was the series finale. Super SAD!!
