    Pickup at the Evanston location was a total cluster. What’s the point of using the app to tell them “I’m here in parking spot 3” with a 4 digit pickup code if no employees bother to look at it. I had to watch 20 people get helped after I arrived before getting out of my car to talk to an employee. Total garbage service. Would rather order from a local record store next time.
