I purchase zynga game cards because you actually get a higher percentage discount on Mafia Wars a game I play on facebook. For example if zynga is giving 40% off on rewards point the card actually gives you some free loot or boosts and up to 60%. You can also use this card at any time within a year of purchase I believe.
