Hi Teddy,

Thank you for taking the time to review the Meta Adventurer glasses.

We're so glad to hear that you enjoy your glasses and its features.

If the live translation isn't working well, please try the following:

1. Make sure the software is updated to the latest version

2. Try a force restart:

- Slide the power button back to power the glasses off.
- Press and hold the capture button.
- While still holding the capture button, slide the power button forwards to turn your glasses back on.
- Release the capture button as soon as the status LED turns red.

After a forced restart, it may take a few minutes for your glasses to reestablish a connection with the app. If your glasses don't reconnect to the app within a few minutes, you may need to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app and from the Bluetooth devices on your phone, and then repeat the pairing procedure.

We hope this helps! If you need further assistance however, please feel free to reach out to our support team at any time.

Have a good day.

Hello Victor! We're glad the glasses were great for your vacation photos! We appreciate the feedback on zoom and battery life. To prevent accidental audio, you can adjust the touchpad sensitivity in the app. Regarding the "unblock lens" alert, this sensor triggers in extreme darkness to comply with privacy safety standards.
