I returned it to get the medium size one because that one is portable and this one isn’t

Love this product when I can get it connected. I have since had a different wifi and for months I cannot get connected back to my account. I wish this had option to operate without Facebook or Whats up accounts FB continues to have increased hacking which makes this product even more difficult

This product integrates seamlessly with the facebook call feature. There's camera tracking which takes a while to adapt to. But once you figure it out it's wonderful to use.

I got this for my elderly mother so that we can all share memories with her, even when she can’t be there for them. Great gift idea!

I am disappointed in this portal. The screen is smaller, the sound is week, and there’s less functionality. For the increase in cost compared to the original I was expecting much more than this provide.

Absolutely love everything about this portal! The quality is excellent! The camera does zoom in and follow you when you're moving. It has different backgrounds that works well to give you privacy with your background. The sound quality of the speaker is pretty good and loud. I have it linked to alexa which responds for most actions and allows me to use things such as my lights for brightness and things like that. I also use it for certain moods like relaxing or exercising. I would like to see more apps being added later since this is such a large device it seems that it can handle it especially with voice activation so it doesn't become too overwhelming scrolling excessively. I'm very happy it does have a privacy slide you're able to use for the camera also to prevent any unwanted use of the camera. So overall everything about this portal is everything I need for professional and personal use even just fun time with my kid or just listen to music working out.
