There is no problem with the glasses spacer, it works fine. I think the ithwr reviewer got a lemon or is using rhe stock strap. I have the Elite strap with battery. The change this time around is Meta includes the housing insert with the silicone, so it’s not just a silicone cover you slap on. I suspect this is a naked cash grab to pad their bottom line for accessories that should have come standard. I believe the actual cost to manufacture is around $2. Was I ripped off? Absolutely. I couldn’t find any 3rd party options with lots of reviews yet, so I opted to go official for an OEM fit due to the interface housing which incorporates the comfort spacer. 3rd party options look like they average $15. Impressions: it’s a silicone cover and easy to clean sweat or makeup off. But it is a little warmer than the stock cloth interface, as it is less breathable. I’ll take better hygiene with the slight hit to comfort.

Well worth the money, as I bought the amazon ripoffs and they all have quality control issues. I haven’t taken it off since i installed it. I use it every night playing Xbox thru the app laying in bed and I don’t disturb my partner. Best way to get some gaming in and keep the quest 3 comfortable

You don't really want that foamy free one with holed that collects oils, sweat, skin and bacteria off your face without any way to clean it off. See picture one That is a unused original which is clean now but wouldn't be if I was wearing it everyday...What you want is the silicone cover, picture two, that will collect same but is EASILY CLEANED OFF AFTER EVER USE WITH COTTON BALL AND YOUR FAVORITE LIGHT CLEANER. Start fresh everyday! Avoid breakouts and rashes! We have enough to worry about spend a little bit here and you'll spend less at the skin counter Target...

I love this interface for my quest 3 vr headset. Meta gave away interfaces of this exact material for free, due to some allergic reactions and dislikes from the original foamy material one that comes with the headset. For the quest 3 you have to buy the interface, except this time it is an entirely complete interface and not just a cover the existing one with the plastic frame attached. I like this a lot more, since the cover is a full interface, I don’t experience issues where the cover can come off and reveal the old interface like for the quest 2. The quest 3 interfaces also have a adjusted eye-tense distance which is cool and ingenious.

Great quality and cozy interface. Very easy to wipe clean! Could be less expensive though.

So much easier to keep clean than the one that comes with the headset. This is my second one, because one side of the adjustment lock broke. Probably as a result of travel or just a few years of regular use.

Feels much better on my face and definitely more sanitary. It’s tighter though and took away the option to wear glasses. It’s a good upgrade

I bought this specifically for physically demanding games, it's much easier to clean than the stock foam faceplate and it's a little more comfortable on my skin doesn't cause to much friction when moving around.

Works great the silicone makes it nice and cold when I put it on and it feels great

Overall I would recommend this prodouct for someone wanting a change from the original of this project. The only thing you should know is that if the facial pice is cold before you use it sometimes it will stick to your skin during the heat change. But overall a very good prodouct.

I would give this 5 stars besides the fact that it does get a bit warm. I understand that is the trade off for the ability to clean it after a workout or extended play, but nonetheless you do need to "break the seal" to allow air to flow to your forehead.

A must have for any young Meta Gamers, specially the (smelly) active ones. Keeps the expensive Device clean & much more sanitary.

Basically my issue is that unlike the stock facial interface, it doesn't absorb sweat, which is very noticeable whole playing games like beat saber

Pros: -Definitely blocks out light bleed better than the stock interface -The silicone is actually a nice feel to my face Cons: -the PRICE, $39.99 for a simple silicone attachment is unfortunate. Meta would probably sell more of these if it was at $20 -the light bleed through the nose area is annoying, HOWEVER, it helps ventilate the heat from your lenses, so it's a pro and a con Overall: I've tried 3rd party facial interfaces and they either felt cheap or involved some foam that was held on by velcro. This is a pricey but welcomed accessory for my Quest 3. I was hoping for a cheaper alternative but this is the best of all the 3rd party alternatives I've tried.

The facial that comes from factory yes it is comfortable but for active wear it gets nasty and can’t really be wiped with the silicone facial it is very easy to maintain clean and wipe after usage.
