The Meta Quest 3 is easily one of the best standalone VR headsets out right now. The setup is quick, the interface feels smooth, and the passthrough upgrade makes a huge difference being able to see your room clearly while switching between apps or adjusting your play area is a game changer. The visuals are noticeably sharper than previous models, and the tracking feels solid even in smaller spaces. It’s lightweight enough for longer sessions, and the controllers are comfortable, though hand tracking has gotten good enough that I actually use it more than I expected. What really stands out is how versatile it is. Whether you’re gaming, watching movies, or trying out mixed-reality apps, it feels like the headset can do a bit of everything without needing a PC. The app library is growing fast too, so there’s always something new to try. Overall, the Quest 3 delivers a great mix of performance, comfort, and features. If you’re looking to upgrade from an older headset or trying VR for the first time it’s definitely worth it.

I recently purchased the Meta Quest 2 and have been using it daily. I’m genuinely impressed by how smooth and responsive the headset is, especially considering its age and price. I bought this for my 11 year ol niece for a Christmas gift and with the sale and the gift card was able to also get her the charging station. She and I now get to play games together regularly, even though we live over two hours apart. She absolutely loves the gift and so do I. She’s even started asking for virtual hugs at the end of our play sessions. The only thing I could say that’s it all negative is that the games included we were not able to use because they were too violent for an 11-year-old. It would’ve been nice if that included games would have been more age-appropriate. Absolutely love this gift that ended up being a gift for me too.

I recently bought my son the new Quest 3S VR from Best Buy last Christmas, and the experience has been great. The staff was helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. My son absolutely loves the headset! One thing I highly recommend to anyone purchasing a Quest VR is to get the extended warranty. We’ve owned three Quest VR headsets over the years, and every single one of them eventually had tracking issues, this one included. However, this one lost tracking and thought it was in motion in a vehicle which was a new one. Having the protection plan gives you peace of mind. What makes it even better is how convenient it is to work with the Geek Squad. When something goes wrong, you can just walk in and they swap it out quickly with no hassle. It really makes the whole process stress-free. Overall, Best Buy has always taken care of us, and this purchase was no different. Great service, great products, and definitely worth getting the extra coverage.

Great headset for the price! I'm a previous owner of the Quest 1, and was looking for an upgrade. Compared to the Quest 1- the Quest 3 is a game changer- much cleaner displays, and much lighter on the head. You can expect to run games for 1.5-3 hours depending. If you're a first time buyer, and hesitant to get into the VR world the Quest 3 is a great starting point. Also unless you're a heavy modder or are planning to buy every game on the app store the lower storage model never game me an issue (you can always offload games you don't use frequently) Happy Gaming

Product works very nicely. Easy to set up. My 17 yr old son loves it and uses it almost daily. 3 weeks in and no realnproblems to report.

I used this for racing games and honestly, it’s amazing for the price. The graphics and smoothness blew me away, definitely exceeded what I was expecting. The only reason I returned it was so I could upgrade to the best version — that’s how much I loved it. If you’re on the fence, just know this thing is worth it.

Love it!! This is more fun than I ever imagined. I can't wait until Christmas so the whole family can see!!! (OK so I opened it early to charge it up and preload some goodies and get semi acquainted with it so the entire day wasn't spent being frustrated... worth it!!) I had no idea shooting cartoon aliens could look so real. Also, 3d movies are mind blowing. This is a feast for the eyes and is perfect for anyone that doesn't get out of the house much. Even if they do, countless fun things to see and do. Even exercize is fun with this baby. Spoil yourself and get one, you won't regret it!

Purchased for my brother and he can’t put it down. I’m familiar with VR since 2013 and this has been one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences when it comes to VR. The headset is light considering the tracking cams and screens packed in it. The only thing holding it back is the software set up. Getting it to combine with Facebook is tedious and long process but past that it’s seem less fun and great entertainment. Highly recommend to anyone that is unfamiliar with VR and wants to get into it for the first time.

When I first discovered VR, I was intimidated by the cost of "consoles", or headsets, and didn't really plan on purchasing one. However, when playing VR chat, I had a few friends recommend that I purchase one for the full experience of virtual games and worlds. I was not disappointed. The Quest as a whole is fairly comfortable on my head, and the cost was cheap compared to some headsets available at that time. There is a bit of a learning curve, since it is VR, however, that quickly went away as I used it. I now have a whole new genre of games at my fingertips and it's amazing, not to mention the way it allows me to "touch" apps and have real time feedback from hand gestures when accessing apps without the controllers. 10/10 would recommend anyone who has $300 to throw away to buy one. Very fun little gadget and worth the money, you get what you pay for.
