Meta’s interface is cancer and it is impossible to get a clear view through these. Connecting to steamvr made me lose my hair. Returned it for a PSVR2. That thing is leagues ahead of this piece of junk.

Accidentally ordered without checking the address. Contacted best buy immediately afterwards and was told it was a 3rd party seller issue. Messeged this 3rd party seller multiple times a day everyday until my package got delivered to the wrong address. I even tried going through ups but the phone number attached to the order was an old one i no longer had access to so i wasnt aloud to change anything through them. Had gf atempt to pick it up and was met with lies about the delivery and claims they didnt have my package. 1 week later i finally get a response from the 3rd party seller saying they couldnt change anything after shipping it and i should reach out to the person that lives there...

I should have waited for Black Friday to purchase. It was $50 cheaper

My first VR headset and unfortunately my last. I am the part of the population that has issues when it comes to VR so I cannot experience it to its fullest extent without constant sweating and dizziness. Please research this before making the purchase

The first one I got didn't even work it stopped working like 3 weeks in right after Best Buy said that the warranty was only good for 2 weeks I had to buy another warranty for $50

Quest 3 is much better. The quest 3s is blurry. I think its not as realistic as quest 3.

I like the compactness however i was not happy w8th the clarity compare to Metaquest3. Too blurry and felt dizzy in a way.

Was supposed to come with Saints and Sinners game. It did not. Have looked around, multiple people having the same issue. No solutions provided.

It was alright, the lenses though gave away, it has an exact sweet spot unlike the Quest 3 with pancake lenses.

The Meta Quest 3S is good itself just don’t buy this bundle because Best Buy won’t include the Walking Dead game with your purchase and both Best Buy AND Meta support will just give you the runaround. I’ve been calling and emailing back and forth with the support departments and they just keep giving me the same incorrect instructions instead of just providing me with a new redemption code for the game I paid for.

It’s good for the most part you center point can be hard to find or alway adjusting

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED YOU SELL ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSIGHT AND PURPOSELY LIE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS THINKING THEY ARE BUYING FROM YOU WHILE ITS A 3RD PARTY. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS BUT NOW I SEE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE

Tried it from meta quest 3, huge down grade and felt dizzy.

Thing doesnt stay on head well, even strapped in. Constantly making me sick, and the return period for best buy is laughable. Couldnt return it because it was 2 days past deadline. Oh well, screwed out of more money. Id stay away because of the motion sickness and everything like that

Took a week to finally open it and still haven’t found a game I like other than a constant headache I get from it looks pretty cool in the game room

Too blurry. Just get the Quest 3. I switched and I’m so glad I did
