      Glad you reached out when you did and super glad your son is having a good time in the Metaverse. Problems with the cooling fan can be solved however. If you have ever had the error show up saying "The cooling fan in your device is not functioning properly. Your headset may overheat" then contact us through our official channels by Googling Meta Support.

    This is our favorite system! Plus the best buy team here id AMAZING. My doughter has droped her heasset and broke it three times and the insurance on it is impeccable. I will never order online or go to any other store for my electronics.
