      Glad you reached out when you did and super glad your son is having a good time in the Metaverse. Problems with the cooling fan can be solved however. If you have ever had the error show up saying "The cooling fan in your device is not functioning properly. Your headset may overheat" then contact us through our official channels by Googling Meta Support.

    I love how this VR is way different than the one we bought my son 2 years ago. You don't need to have the light on and you don't have to use the joysticks!!
