Worst company ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible absolutely horrible!! Save yourself the time and stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY!! They will use Roadie to deliver and claim that the package was delivered and I was outside with my kids when it said delivered, funny thing is is nobody ever came up my driveway nor on my property. They uploaded a picture of random males feet with 2 boxes! The agent many agents and supervisors said my refund was initiated and would reflect back to my bank within 10days! Promises made by agents that it was already processed and sent back to my bank but then 16 days pass by and I received an email stating my refund was denied!! Wow so not only did they rob me of $300 they also have stole my child’s gift and Christmas and has waisted soooo much of my time of the back and forth with agents, CEOs, supervisors I’ve been lied to and treated poorly as a customer! Best Buy will not give me an explanation as to why I’m being denied a refund, even though I have an overwhelming amount of proof to back up everything I said and more! The are horrible people and company I’ve been done so wrong and I’m sickened. So I made a complaint to BBB and the Federal Trade fraud commission also have been speaking with an attorney! Because at this point the emotional distress they’ve caused and the 3 weeks of time they have waisted and the money they took with no explanation of anything. It’s honestly sickening that they do this to people. Next step showing my social media of 448,000 followers all the facts and proof of everything. I hope they have the day they deserve!
