We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with graphics and performance on your Quest 3S and that your grandkids were unable to play with it. There are a few common reasons this can happen, and we'd like to help you troubleshoot it.
1. Hardware & Fit:
- Clean the lenses: Smudges can significantly impact clarity. Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the lenses.
- Check your fit and IPD: Ensure the headset is positioned correctly on your head, and adjust the lens spacing (IPD) to find the clearest image for your eyes.
2. Software & Performance:
- Adjust in-game settings: Some games allow you to lower graphical settings to improve performance.
- Update your headset and apps: Make sure your headset's software and the specific game are updated to their latest versions.
It is worth noting that the Quest 3S is not designed to provide the same high-end graphical experience as the Meta Quest 3, and that a lower resolution is normal given the Quest 3S's capabilities.

I bought it so I can play against my son on his. Pretty easy set up with the app if you already have one. The gift card deal they have is pretty sweet and hopefully this counts towards my membership deal where you buy door busters and get 5 dollars for every 50 spent. Also comes with a game and 3 months of meta quest game membership and one month game pass for Xbox not a bad deal taking all this into account.

I placed my order with Best Buy the day before Christmas and they had it ready for pickup so fast! That alone saved the holiday for me. The pickup process was easy, and I love the product. Definitely appreciate Best Buy coming through when timing mattered most.

Make sure you have enough space to play and even though the memory is smaller than the 3 it's still more than enough to cover some great games once you're familiar with the controls it's a great experience to explore different worlds just be aware of the games if you buy it for a child
