First, please try these quick fixes:
- Check/Replace Battery: Remove the battery for 30 seconds, then reinsert, or try a fresh one.
- Restart: Power off and restart your headset.
- Unpair/Re-pair: Go to the Meta Quest app to unpair and then re-pair the controller.
- Clean: Ensure no dirt is in the triggers or sensors.
If these steps don't work, please visit our Meta Store Support page to troubleshoot further and explore all your options, as it might be covered under warranty. We appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this quickly!

We think it is amazing that you are able to unwind after long work days with the Quest 3s! It can be crazy to think how far technology has come and how escapism is right in front of your eyes, as opposed to further away with the TV!

Fun to Use, some downsides

Seems to have trouble running a lot of games which seems odd considering its not like buying computer games on steam, its games on a store specifically for this device
