It became slow and unresponsive until power cycling. The kicker was purchasing a game that turned out to be 3 mini games that last about 10 min each to beat...I played this game for about 30 minutes before realizing this, tried to get a refund, but apparently because the device continuously hung up and had to be restarted to even complete the download, meta told me I had used the game for 2 hours. No refund. Really cool product I must admit...when it's functioning as it should.

Had to get help from IT tech to set up and try to learn how to use. have yet used game, as very frustrating to try to use because of lack of tech knowledge.
