Works great for my setup where my PC is about 10 feet away near the TV that it is connected to. Keeps the Oculus charged and allows playing compatible PC games. 90 degree connector works best in the Oculus itself for me, straight connector in the PC. USB-C on both ends, so for newer PCs and laptops.

This cabke has a good length to it but my Quest 2 keeps losing connection easily and it sucks when im having a lot of fun but get interrupted in the moment.

Don't buy this for your headset, instead go on Amazon and there you will find other brands and longer cords for a cheaper price then these oculus brand cords. I wish I knew that before I bought these.

This cord allows me to stay connected as I use my Oculus Quest 2. No more battery low moments and it’s long enough to move around in the 360 VR. I prefer using cords made for my product because they tend to work better and last. A must have. Costly, but worth it. I LOVE IT!

Cable is a little pricey but you are getting the best connection your Oculus can receive. I was using an el cheapo cable before and this one cleared up all issues I had and allowed games to run smoother. Built sturdy as well. Highly recommend!

Only single-cable solution that's this long without using extenders that I've seen. Definitely pricey but very high-quality materials with robust signal transmission so I'd say it's worth it.

If you want to tether, get this cable. Heavy duty and connects securely. I prefer using this over streaming, however my first choice is to use games installed on headset. The whole reason to get the Quest is to be wireless, but if you want to play higher quality games then you need to stream across your router or tether. Streaming works but has problems. Tethering with this cable is great, basically turns the headset into the best HMD on the market, but you’re tethered. In my experience unless you have a rtx 2080 or better, you don’t need a computer. I find the lack of top notch graphics to be a great tradeoff for just using the games available in the quest store or sideloaded with sidequest. I haven’t played a game yet where i missed the graphics of my tethered headset. Many games are only available on the computer, in those cases I go back to tethering is better than streaming. Overall, you don’t need this, but it is the best one available.

If you are experiencing lag or stutter issues then cable is the way to go. After easily setting up the cable with my headset, I did not experience any lag or stutter from various games.
The material of the cable is a thick, soft-premium rubber which makes it feel worth the amount one will pay.
The only con I have about this cable is the weight of it. Since the material is very premium you will experience a bit of heft on the left side where the cable is plugged in.

Had to get the cord for the Meta quest to be able to work better with steam games since my internet suuuucks. (3) stars because 1. It didn’t come with the darn thing to begin with and 2. Because this was expensive (for a cord) I felt like I was buying yet another overpriced Apple product. It’s a cable for a device you put on your head. I overall just don’t have a great opinion of it but it does what it’s supposed to so 4 stars.
We hope this has not dampened your Metaverse experience! Enjoy exploring the virtual world!

No issues. My 13 yo son hasn’t destroyed this cable yet. We bought a knock off on amazon previously because the Oculus official cable was sold out at Best Buy. Already sent that fake one back because it crapped the bed. I think this actual Oculus one will be just fine.

This is just expensive because of the brand name on it. You can get high speed 16 foot USB cables all day at better prices. I didn't know this before I bought it so I was had for $80. If you use this to connect to your PC, the Quest 2 is wireless anyway, so of you have a capable router you won't need this. Lesson learned.

This cable makes a big difference for my sons playing experience. The cable itself has a nice heavy duty quality but its very supple. the connectors are fragile. THis is our second cable and we got the protection plan this time which I would highly recommend. (Our first cable was not purchased at Best Buy so we had no protection plan and had to pay the full price for a new one. Protection plan seems worth it for sure!
