Best product ever, i would buy this again and again

The camera features are just like the other options that are much cheaper. The adds and demos are not true the maps dont work, not compable with apple. You cant write to respond to text messages. A lot of promised features are not there and no date set to come I pretty much used them the same as I would use the regular ones so I returned mine and thinking about the oakley vanguards or rat ban gen 2

Great new tech! I would recommend to most people that have cash burning a hole in there pocket. For the others, just wait for a sale.

Customer service is spot on. Right people working in the right areas with precise knowledge. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

I really like that you can listen to the person and it translates to you.

A lot of misinformation about the prescription portion of the glasses. Wish I could have found out before going to demonstration and waiting my time that my prescription will not work with glasses! Other than that the glasses and neutral band are AWESOME!! Maybe down the road prescription will work.

I placed an order and paid 800 bucks. Best buy said I would receive them by Oct 14th. Delivery date came and went with no sign of the glasses. Reached out to customer service and was told they don't know when or if I will receive them. Now my status says the shipment is delayed and, if they don't get them to me by the 28th they will cancel my order and issue a refund. I had to go into the system and schedule a demo for the 28th so that if the glasses don't show up by then, I still have a chance to get them. Essentially, they are holding my money for almost a month while offering no compensation and no guarantee that I will actually get the glasses.

Idk havent tried it yet , won’t even ship for another 3 months

Set up demo 2 weeks out, show up and am told, thanks for looking but none available for 3 months. Thanks for wasting my time. What a dumb process.

I placed my order on October 3rd and was initially told it would arrive around the 14th, which matched the delivery estimate shown in my account. However, within a week the delivery date was suddenly pushed back to October 29th, with a note saying that if it wasn’t fulfilled by then, the order would be cancelled.

Didnt have them 2 weeks and stop working returned them back to Best Buy for glasses over $800 shouldnt have issues

Received an empty box, package was stolen I transit, took the day off work opening day, drove 50miles , showed up first thing in the morning, for a $799 empty cardboard box

Told me I was receiving them on October 7 never got them , then send me a date saying the October 17 now it’s saying October 21 !!!!!!!!!!’

It has been 5 days and called to check in it and it said pending verification, they took my money and all i get is india customer service, still no help

Best Buy lied to several times about shipping and still have yet to ship my glasses its been over 2 weeks and no update.

Awful experience with demo lied to and wasted hours of my time

This is not for the product. Love the glasses. Horrible experience because I didn't receive my purchase after waiting 2 months because Fedex thought it was to steal my glasses. I wish we able to sign for our glasses and or change delivery carrier like UPS or USPS.
