I love the evolution in technology. It is really fun. It is not life changing or going to help you run a business. However, it does have all the functionality of the previous glasses, but adds in the neural link wrist band and small screen in the right lens.
It still has a couple areas for improvement, has limited applications and struggles with battery life beyond 6 hours. I wish it allowed for YouTube or other videos. There are lots of videos that break down the limitations. However, it works great for what was advertised. All the features worked as described.
The language translation and captioning are huge for travelers or those with hearing impairments. The limited choice of four languages and lack of multiple apps is similar to the original Apple Watch. It will just take time.
It is slightly heavier than my previous Meta glasses and slightly bulkier, but you are getting so much more with the interface.
The monocular view has not bothered me at all. After a few days of wearing, I didn’t even notice it was one eye. It also turns off easy. I love the ability to access the glasses without talking and raising my hand.
Definitely recommend if you liked the old ones or you just want the newest tech piece.
Thank you for sharing! Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We're thrilled to hear you love our product and its multiple features. Your input helps us maintain your positive experience and further improve your expectations. We are proud to be part of your creative journey.
Have a wonderful day!

Future Too Early

The glasses are impressive and futuristic, but the technology still feels a bit early. The display is monochrome and somewhat limited, and the weight can feel slightly heavy on some faces. There’s not much you can do with them yet—think of them more as complementary smart headphones that keep you connected. They’re light enough and stylish, but the experience still needs time to mature before it becomes truly practical.

I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses with the built-in display, and after trying every single feature, I can confidently say they’re all excellent.
The standout feature is the in-lens display. Having information appear directly in my field of vision feels incredibly futuristic, yet it’s surprisingly natural to use. I’ve checked notifications, viewed messages, followed directions, and accessed quick updates without ever pulling out my phone. The display is clear, discreet, and blends seamlessly into everyday use.
The camera works great for hands-free photos and videos. I’ve captured moments instantly, and the quality is sharp and vibrant. The audio system is another highlight — music sounds crisp, calls are clear, and the open-ear speakers let me stay aware of my surroundings.
Voice control with Meta AI has been smooth and responsive. I’ve used it to send messages, ask questions, control music, and manage settings — all without touching my phone. Everything responds quickly and accurately.
Battery life has held up well during daily use, and the charging case makes it easy to top up throughout the day. Comfort-wise, they feel just like classic Ray-Bans — stylish, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear for hours.
I’ve genuinely used all the features, especially the display, and they’ve all performed great. These glasses perfectly combine style, innovation, and real everyday usefulness. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants smart glasses that truly feel like the future.
Seeing how much use you get out of the Meta Ray Ban Display and how much you love them is truly amazing!
We hope The Meta Display Ai glasses will continue to amaze you!

These glasses are awesome! The display quality and AI integration are seriously impressive, it feels like a huge leap forward in wearable tech. I’ve been using them daily and love how natural they feel while adding so much functionality. The Neural Band adds an entirely new level of interaction that feels futuristic but practical. This is hands down one of the coolest pieces of tech I’ve ever owned and a glimpse of what’s to come in everyday augmented reality.

These are pretty awesome for a first generation. I'm actually impressed with the glassess and what they can do. The neural band and the case are both actually pretty impressive compared to glasses. The neural band recognizes the gestures pretty nice and accurate most of the time and the case actually folds, which is impressive.
As for the software in it meta has done a decent job, however, you cannot scroll through Instagram or reels. At least not right now. You can only watch reels that somebody sent you. You can call or text on WhatsApp. The video quality is pretty average. I hope it only improves from here, but these are pretty nice.
With your new Meta - Ray-Ban Display & Neural Band you're taking part in the future of wearable tech.
Thanks for the review we are pleased that you are pleased.

These are great glasses. After adding Best Buy warranty I paid a little over 1,000 for them. For the money it’s a eh the main thing is the battery life and first week the battery would be died within 7 hours but after charging them and having a routine they battery don’t drain as bad as it first was.
For 850 after taxes I would recommend them if you have the money for them I would say buy them.I personally feel like it’s worth the extra money for the display-seeing text messages and and notification pop up.I feel like many people are not going to buy because they wanna wait to see what Apple and Google do.With updates they get better overtime you can know track them so I personally feel like km getting my money worth but I would recommend these if you send 800.PS if you have vision insurance I’m sure you can get it cheaper.
We are delighted to hear that you are happy with your purchase, and that you feel it was worth the investment. These are not just any old glasses! They're like having a wearable personal assistant in your eyes!
Not only do they allow you to view notifications hands-free, they also enable you to capture moments and listen to music on the go, all while staying present. With every update, we introduce new and amazing features to help make life easier.
We can't wait for you to see what's coming next! Thank you again for your support!

My husband and I both purchased a pair because we loved the concept of having smart features built into everyday glasses. Overall, there are many things I truly enjoy about them, along with a few areas that could be improved.
What I Like
• Heads-Up Display (HUD): The on-screen display is very convenient for notifications and quick information. At first it made my eyes feel a little strained, but lowering the screen brightness and contrast made a big difference.
• Meta Wristband Controller: The wristband control is intuitive and makes navigating menus and features easy without constantly touching the frames.
• Audio Quality: The built-in speakers have impressive sound quality for such a small device.
• Camera & Video: Photo and video quality are good for smart glasses, though I think future updates could make them even sharper.
• AI Assistant: Helpful for quick questions and commands.
• Real-Time Translation: Works well, but you can only download one language at a time, which can be limiting if you travel often.
• Walking GPS Navigation: Surprisingly useful and accurate when you’re on the go.
What Could Be Better
• Battery Life: This is my biggest concern. The battery drains quickly, especially during calls. I was advised to disable the AI Assistant to conserve power, which did help extend battery life, but it’s disappointing to have to turn off one of the product’s key features just to make the battery last longer.
• Bluetooth Connectivity: I initially had issues with Bluetooth disconnecting while streaming music. Performing a factory reset resolved the problem.
• Video Calling Limitations: You currently can’t use them for FaceTime. Video calls are limited to Facebook Messenger (which can have inconsistent quality on and off Wi-Fi) and WhatsApp.
• Fit & Comfort: The frames are fairly heavy and large. Even with the regular size, they tend to slide down my nose and I find myself pushing them back up often. Adjustable or softer nose pads would be a helpful addition.
Final Thoughts
Although this review lists several drawbacks, I view most of them as growing pains for emerging technology rather than deal-breakers. The innovation and convenience these glasses offer are impressive. I would still recommend them to anyone who enjoys trying new tech and understands that first-generation or early-stage products may not be perfect yet. The experience is exciting, and with a few refinements, they could become exceptional.
Hey there! Thank you for your awesome Feedback! We are truly happy to see that you are enjoying your Meta Ray-Ban Display so much even with the current growing pains you mentioned! But it can only improve from here! We hope that you will continue to enjoy your Ai glasses. And you should have face any issues you can always reach us via email so that we can support you!

I do love this product but not a lot of features on it. I was hope watch YouTube or some sites I can explore but I guess not. I do like the wristband controller but it have little delays on it and also went I try to swipe down it went to the right the direction I didn't ask for. It do have game but it appears their only one game on it. I do like auto translate features when you talk to people but sometime translate is not correct most of the time because I tried with my mom to do auto translate feature but it doing good first few minutes all sudden it detected my voice instead of her voice. The AI feature in the glasses is half finished you could say because I ask for the price or a product that I don't know. As soon I ask the price of product and AI said "I'm sorry I don't have that feature on price product"or something like that. When I ask what product is this and she describe what she looking at and not product name. I tried music feature on the glasses a sound is very good and I have no problem with it. I do like you can control volume how you like but I don't like how your brightness set on lowest making it hard to see every time I try use the glasses and I did turn up brightness tho. The photo and video quality is good it needs little bit features on it. Overall I think Meta AI Glasses is good but it seems like this unfinished product.

The Meta Ray glasses are an impressive blend of style and functionality. With their sleek design, they seamlessly integrate augmented reality into everyday life. The augmented display is vibrant and responsive, making navigation and notifications effortless. The audio quality is surprisingly good for a pair of smart glasses, providing an immersive experience without bulkiness. However, battery life could be better for extended use. Overall, they represent a significant step forward in wearable technology, perfect for tech enthusiasts looking for a stylish way to stay connected.
We're thrilled you're enjoying the vibrant display and audio quality. We hear your feedback regarding battery life! Balancing power with such a sleek, wearable design is a top priority for us as we continue to push the boundaries of this technology.
We appreciate you being part of the future of connectivity

The technology is truly amazing in these glasses. However, I don't feel like the Meta AI it's quite to the level of other a I systems like Grok or CHAT GPT-4. the a I seems to be very limited and its answers to questions. Also, the music plays for no reason.Whatsoever, and I can't get that to stop. For some reason, it continues to wanna play music, and it's never my playlist. Also, there are very few apps that go with this system. And I feel that there needs to be many more added before.This.Truly a useful tool.
Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review!
We're glad to see that you're using the Meta AI tool and we hope with future updates it will slowly grow on you!

Decent product in this initial public release. With heavy use battery will not last as long as stated so make sure you keep the storage/charging case on hand and charged. The translation app is awesome and is a great assistant to have up and running. The reason for only 4 stars is limited non Meta application integration. Our sales tech said that was a limiting factor and it remains true only Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram (Meta verse) apps are fully integrated. Hopefully by the time my next pair are ready for pick up this will have changed. But hey I am use to it now having owned many Tesla's without car play I'm really not complaining just saying with wider integration they would get a 5 star review from me.
I would recommend this to a friend

I’m genuinely impressed with my Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses. The display features are smooth, intuitive, and make everyday tasks so much easier. From quick notifications to hands-free functionality, everything feels seamless.
On top of that, they look just like classic Ray-Bans — stylish, modern, and comfortable. I constantly get compliments on them, and people are shocked when they find out they’re smart glasses. It’s the perfect mix of fashion and tech. Highly recommend!

Ray-Ban Meta Glasses Display
Stylish, lightweight, and genuinely smart. The built-in display is clear and unobtrusive, delivering useful info exactly when you need it. Voice-controlled AI feels fast and natural, audio is crisp without isolating you, and the camera captures moments effortlessly. Classic Ray-Ban design meets futuristic tech—once you try them, it’s hard to go back.
If you want it even shorter (one-liner) or tailored for Amazon, Instagram, or tech forums, I’ve got you. Best gadget ever ................. love it

The tech is not there. This is obviously a waste of money. The only thing you can really do is read. Your text messages on your screen and the glasses are way too big. And then they only last 6 hours for $868. If not worth the money.
First, thanks for trying the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses. As this is a newly released device, we understand it may take some time to get used to it. We do have a useful resource we can recommend, and which you'll find on our website: How to use Meta Ray-Ban Display.
You can adjust font size to improve readability through the Meta AI mobile app:
- From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right. - Tap Setting icon. - Swipe down and tap Vision below Accessibility. From here, you can: - Tap Text size and weight to adjust the size of text on your display or to make text bold.
The Display glasses indeed offer up to 6 hours of mixed-use battery life per charge. To maximize the battery life, you can try enabling Battery Saver mode in the Meta AI app.
We hope this information is helpful. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
