Great music video, if you like Metallica then this is a must have. If you don't like Metallica then why are you reading a review for a band you don't like?

All and all, if your a Metallica fan you know what your getting into. If you are not a fan and never seen Metallica in concert this your perfect chance to experience one of their shows.

if you're already a fan of Metallica and you like to watch them live then you're not wasting your money because this is one of the best performances ever

First 3D Concert film I own and its great. Music is awesome and you feel like your on stage with the Band.

If you are a fan, then this is a must have. A creative mix of story and live performance. Some nice 3D effects and some epic "goose bump" moments.

This has got to be one of the coolest movies I've ever seen. Great 3D visuals, great music, and a must have for a Metallica fan. Buy It!

The concert/movie is excellent with a great track choice and the bass is phenomenal if you have the gear to hear it.

I bought this movie for my brother, who is a HUGE Metallica fan. He saw the movie in the theater, which got a visit from Kirk. He loved this movie. He bought the soundtrack too. Definitely recommend for any Metallica fan.

I gave this to my brother for Christmas & he was very happy with it. He said it was very good.It was also reasonably priced.

If you've never been to or seen a Metallica movie then pick this up....cool idea for merging a movie with concert footage and music.

The movie is great for Metallica fans and live rock concert music lovers. We bought the DVD after seeing it at the movie theater.

Great movie! Sound is huge and the kids loved it..This movie reminds me of a video game in some ways, but it's interesting and a wonderful different way to enjoy metallica's music. My kids loved it!

Must own even if you just listen to hard rock. If you can watch in 3d even better.

Truly an amazing movie. The sound is awesome, the plot, makes you feel like you're at the concert enjoying a live show.

This music video/movie was a unique twist on the way concert videos can be made. It was almost like Pink Floyd 's The Wall with live concert footage. I highly recommend for any Metallica fan.

If you are a metalilica fan and would like to see a 3-D concert in your livingroom, then this is for you. If you are looking to watch a movie with a plot that makes sense i would pass on this

Awesome CD. Thoroughly enjoyed watching Metallica!! Movie was OK, but the sound and the band were excellent.

good movie for the concert footage the story is kind of interesting a recommended release for fans of Metallica

I saw teasers for this many months ago and couldn't wait for it to be released. I splurged and bought the 3D version. The plot is passable, the music is good, but not enough of the old Metallica IMHO. I don't care for new bass player Robert Trujillo; to each his own, I guess. Some great concert footage with some cool effects, especially in 3D, but not on the same level as some of the earlier concert performances, e.g. Cunning Stunts. And some of the acting is just cheesy, notably the goofy onstage "accident" near the film's finale.

Long time fan. Purchased but didn’t know it was 3D so haven’t watched it, just audio.
