Metalocalypse first album is good for their first outing. It has that Metal sound but the songs are sometimes silly weird, like Ren and Stimpy silly weird. I had fun listening on my way to work. If you like raw body pounding beats with odd lyrics then prepare your ears for Metalocalypse: The Dethalbum.

Even though this is music based on a cartoon this CD is a great metal album. For those who are into speed/death/ or just plain ol' heavy metal this CD is a definite one to purchase. The guitar work is excellent, technical, precise and heavy. The drumming isn't so bad either. Even though I'm not one for growling the vocals are a great touch to round out off this "band". Like I said even though this is a band based on a cartoon, and a great cartoon at that, it has made it into my normal rotation along with Pantera, Fear Factory, Dimmu Borgir, Faith No More, and Dream Theater to name a few. Go add this to your metal collection now!!! Oh, and get the double disc collectors edition.

Being a death metal fan, Dethklok's Dethalbum is a great buy. The album gives many great songs such as Thunderhorse, Bithday Dethday, Murmaider, Hatred Copter. This album is must for any fans of death metal, grindcore, thrash metal, adult swim, or any heavy metal. Although it is ironic to tell fans to buy because Dethklok hates their fans as they say on thier song "Fansong." Dethklok RULES!!!

The best metal album in years... and it's all done by ONE MAN! Too bad these guys are a cartoon and not human, because they would be more of a phenom. The album is amazing and if you dont have it yet, GET IT, along with the first season of Metalocalypse on DVD.

Dethklok is an amazing band if you like death metal or at least Rock. Their guitar solo's are awesome and each song of theirs rock.

Before their was Metalocalypse, the cartoon, their was Dethklok. They were an existing band hired to do the music for the cartoon. Dethklok Rocks!!!

man i love my metal loud and rough and this does it for me. head banging fist pumping old couple scaring music!! i love it man!!

everything, i heard about the cd including the anthem song are quite awsome to listen to.
