A must have album for any Heavy Metal or Papa Roach fan

To sum up "Metamorphosis" by Papa Roach - a great Hard Rock album that borders on Heavy Metal, with not one song to fast forward through. Papa Roach definitely relates to current times with the extremely catchy and contagious tune - "Lifeline". "Days of War" is an instrumental intro that is pure heavy stuff! "Change or Die" is a Heavy Metal track that solidifies to me, why Papa Roach is the real deal. Jacoby Shaddix is fabulous on lead vocals, I feel he sounds unique, he carries the song with Hard Rock swagger! This album has definitely gotten my attention, now I cannot resist these songs! Definitely pick up "Metamorphosis" for the Summer of 2009, if you are into Hard Rock or 1980's Heavy Metal - you shall not be disappointed! The liner notes are 12 pages of full color photos of each band member. There are no lyrics in the liner notes. Credits and song credits are found in the liner notes. Papa Roach is: Jacoby Shaddix on lead vocals, Tobin Esperance on bass guitar, programming and backing vocals, Jerry Horton on guitars and backing vocals and Tony Palermo on drums, percussion and backing vocals.

if you are a papa roach fan you need to buy this cd you will love it. I have waited for a long time for this album to come out and it is finally here. They are one of many of my favorite bands and they always will be. Jacoby, Jerry, Tobin, and their new drummer who is amazing Tony. Love ya guys keep doing what you do keep making great music and hope to see you guys in concert again... oh and btw these guys are amazing in concert if you havent seen them in concert go see them it is definitly worth the money.

Papa Roach never disappoints. The boys can still put out a solid rock CD. Metamorphis is musically like Paramour Sessions. Papa Roach has grown as artists and shifted away from their Infest roots on Para Sessions and continue on Metamorphis. They still can rock while remaining relevant in today's music scene. The closest song to their musical beginnings is Hollywood Wh*re. They have a few new songs that are more radio friendly and would appeal to the current Daughtery / Nickelback / Hinder / Theory of a Deadman fans. Don't get me wrong - Papa Roach can still out rock any of those bands. I am a huge fan of thier CD - Getting Away with Murder - but Metamorphis is another great CD from a great rock band. I would recommend this album to all Papa Roach fans and rock fans alike.

A little different from the original Papa Roach. I've been listening to Static Cycle to fill the heavier straight rock hole that Papa Roach left :)

this is the best papa roach album...this is better than paramore sessions....i love it...this album is a must!!!
