I bought this to install a new music player in my car, which is a 2001 Toyota Echo. It is a tight fit for my car. I had it installed at Best Buy, and think the installer did a great job, but I could tell immediately that it was very slightly larger than the space it fit in. The a/c knob is now a little hard to move back and forth, and the whole thing popped out of place when I pulled too hard on the change container that is located beneath the space. Overall, it works, and I am probably not going to worry about it, but I would have liked a better fit from a kit that claims to be for my vehicle. I would recommend this to a friend, but I would let my friend know they might try shopping around for slightly smaller dimensions first.
