It works like it should work got it to replace my stereo and it works like it should

Be careful on which Highlander you have. The website doesn't tell you when you are ordering but this kit is not compatible with the Highlanders that have the woodgrain trim.

The kit worked, but I had to cut a lot to make it work. I used it on a 2006 Toyota Tundra

Item is designed for multiple autos. Didn't work on mine at all. Threw it out and did it myself. The "manager" of the Car Audio Dept. recommended it. But, he was not at all interested in anything but sitting in his backroom office and not having to actually wait on customers or answer questions. No wonder the part didn't work. Say goodbye to 25-30 bucks.

This kit did not at all fit our vehicle 05 sequoia with the KENWOOD 7inch double din. I tried trimming it and even cutting it into two pieces to make it work but it would now fit inside her trim panel at all with the KENWOOD. So I’m just out $25 at this point and it was recommended and said it was what I needed. I would not buy this with an 05 sequoia and a close to 7 inch double din

Best buy couldn't perform the install because they sold me the wrong parts. I got home and this piece is all cut up and the instructions are missing.

Had to make a lot of changes for it to work on my vehicle and it snapped in half in the process.

Ordered this item 12 days ago. still no sign of it moving out of Boise ID. If you are ordering online for delivery be really really patient. When I tried to contact best buy they suggested I Call the Post Office. Have they ever tried to call the Post Office? Good luck with that! will be buying somewhere else.

I give a one star rating based on description of pro and not the pro itself as it did not fit my vehicle as described it would.
