The overall experience was a very favorable one. The Best Buy associate Omar was very knowledgeable and efficient. The only thing that I didn't like was having to go to Tuscaloosa to complete an installment that started in Hoover (Riverdale).

I have been asking for my item to be placed inside of my vehicle and I have made three total appointments and to each appointment you have not installed it a single time stating “you do not have the tools” to put it into my vehicle
