They take the time to tell me about the product and gave me some good recommendations. Also they gave me choices for speakers to compliment my mercury sable.     Found this item to be extremely helpful, if not just plain necessary for the removal of the old stereo. Made the process easier to deal with as I am not the brightest bulb in the pack when it comes to electronics!

    These are designed for head unit removal. 1) Should include a diagram so you can visualize what you're trying to do (you're doing this 'blind'). 2) These are NOT INCLUDED in the installation kit. How far in? I could get one side to release, or the other, but never both. Used these but ended up muscling the old deck out. The old deck was in for 17 years, I don't know what caused the difficulty - but this was the worst part.
