    I had an amp that only worked with sepaker wire and needed this to put sound from my computer to some speakers that only took aux input. this + some adapters saved my day.

    There are 2 ground leads, but no 12v. I thought most of these needed a power source to work properly. I could not get this module to work, but I gave 2 star just in case I did something wrong. I connected my 2.5s and tweeters to this and ran the rcas to my Helix 3s DSP. No sound at any level of gain knobs.
