Basically plug and play for my Lincoln town car. No hassle what so ever...

I had to do a lot of reading and youtube vids to make sure I was doing this correctly. The install manual and harness packaging color guide aren't enough if you're a novice installer like me--like this was my first attempt ever. However, with extra research, I got it in and it works beautifully--2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer and a Pioneer AVH-1300NEX. The install was actually fairly quick. Most of my time was in the research beforehand. I also made all my connections in the house with good light and plenty of room to work. My one mistake was not hooking up the 'blue wires' to control the amp. I had trouble finding out if my Expedition had an amp or not. It does. Use the blue wires. I was going to do 4 stars because the wiring info was weak but that really was due more to my inexperience rather than the info provided.

Great adapter harness system. This harness is easy to use and install. Works great to adapt the stock harness to the new radio system.

My new Kenwood stereo blue tooth was installed on 04-02-2021. Tony the technician removed my old radio and installed the new one with precision. He did an excellent job along with this partner. I don't know why anyone would try to install a new stereo without buying one of these Metra Harness kits. They make the installation go so smoothly and prevents you from cutting the factory harness. These are such a great value and saves so much time. Very high quality.

When upgrading your radio in a vehicle please make sure you buy the harnesses that makes the install easier and ensures the quality of your upgrade I am pleased with my upgrades to my radio unit thanks geek quad

Installed this wire harness to my 2010 Ford F-250 Superduty to replace a double din factory radio. This harness fit perfectly, easy to make connections with the labeled wires. Plugs right in to radio factory wire harness. I would recommend this wire harness

Once I found instructions for my headunit it was a breeze to use. Everything that was need was there, it also made it extremely easy to switch my headunit in and out to clean.

Great product. Allowed the technician to install my new radio without cutting existing wires. This provided a factory like connection,streamlined the installation process and if need be, allows for simple removal or upgrade in the future.

Perfect match for factory wiring. Even colors matched up perfectly. Made install really easy. One I got into the dash, the hardest part (but pretty easy), it was nearly plug and play thanks to this wiring adapter.

The plug fits like a glove and the wire color coding matches up with aftermarket stereos. The wires come pre-stripped which saves lots of time as well. The instructions are clear and easy to read and follow.

Went in to local Best Buy and bought the radio and told them our vehicle we were installing it in. They are so helpful and had this ready for us to use on installing it. The is a great product. Works great.

Harness worked perfect on the Pioneer stereo just purchased. Color coding matched to the stereo and was easy to install. Used environmental covers over wire connections for better protection. Wife is very happy.
