    I really did not want to lose my rear DVD screen use. So I am glad I purchased this unit. I like being able to control it through the front console as well.

    You will need this to connect to a Chevy Tahoe. So far so good. it's a interface unit. just make sure you turn down the gain of the chime sound. it;s set for really annoying loud!

    Can't integrate any factory settings, connections, etc., without this adapter, so it's definitely needed. The "factory chimes" are a little loud (by default, can be adjusted), and don't sound as "stock" as the originals, but overall, decent.

    Not only can I still not use my DVD in the back with the kids while i listen to radio up front, there's a buzzing noise that gets louder as I accelerate the gas pedal.

    The product is alerts t fit but the pricd makes changing the radio cost prohibitive.
