Metro Redux are great games. Yes they are cheaper on other consoles but this port is just amazing! I can play on the go whenever I want and this just feels perfect on the switch. This truly is a great shooter for the Switch. Def buy! If you need to wait for a sale then scoop it up!

The first-person survival horror aspect of the game doesn’t suffer at all on the Switch. From the visuals, audio, and inputs, everything feels and plays as if the series was made for the console. In fact, it’s a testament that the Switch is more than the sum of its parts. Though there is a loss of some visual fidelity, and some sacrifice made while playing in handheld mode that comes in the form of battery life, Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light feel at home on the Switch.

I was surprised to learn that Metro Redux was coming to the Switch. Metro 2033 in particular was infamous for bringing GPUs to their knees through the introduction of tessellation. Seeing a game that was so taxing systems broke to being on a portable handheld system is insane. Metro is my favorite FPS franchise and it is great to see it on my favorite console. I have only played 2033 thus far, but from my experience, it runs really well. I have not experienced any frame rate issues and the game plays well. There is obviously a slight dip in quality when compared to the Xbox One, PS4, and PC ports of this collection, but the Switch port is more graphically endowed than I had anticipated. The collection is $50, which can be a steep asking price for a collection originally released in 2014 on other consoles, but as a fan of Metro, I felt that it was worth it for me, but I know that it might not be for other people.

I'm extremely impressed that both games are on the cart, no download needed. The gameplay has held up really well after all these years and the graphics are very impressive - maybe some of the best on Switch. You can tell the resolution is clearly not as high as the PS4/Xbox1 counterparts but overall it looks like a next-gen release.

I love these games. I played them both on PS4 and really liked them. I am glad they are on switch. There is a third game on PS4 so I am hopeful it will also be on switch in the future.

Metro Redux comes to Switch. The collection has Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light on Switch portable for the first time. The games are fun survival horror shooters. You play Artyom who has to travel his way through the Metro under a post-apocalyptic Moscow. The games comes with all the dlc and is a very nice package on Switch. The game has been ported with smooth game control and a solid 30 fps in both docked (1080p) and handheld mode (720p).

Has a great atmosphere and story. It will make you jump and I love the supply conservation mechanic. Graphics are pretty good!

Another great port that arrives to the Nintendo Switch. This one actually runs better than the originals that were released on previous gen consoles, but not better than the PS4/XBONE versions. However, being able to play this in handheld mode is great!

Great game and on super sale. Spine was damaged though.

I've played these on my Xbox one and when I saw that they were being ported to the Nintendo switch I knew I had to buy a copy so I could play them on the go

Honestly. I’ve never even played it. But the price was right. And the game is awesome on PC.

A must for Metro fans. An excellent port for fans to take on the go. An example of the good ports that can be done for the Switch.

It comes with two games on one single cartridge no need to download. Great FPS with a great story in both games.
