Great value for a person that doesn't need a lot of data. Good plan for kids too

A good phone for everyday use. Nothing special about features. Screen scratches easily. Pictures are OK.

I bought (15) cards for my kids and their five cell phones. Each kids gets three cards for three months of usage from each cards that costs $40 per card. ALL (15) cards arrived "invalid" at my home. I spent several hours calling to get them reissued to me and I had to return the "invalid" cards to the distribution center. I received another shipment of (15) other cards that were also "invalid". They just stuck them in the package and sent them without activation...or so I thought. The representative said the cards could not be activated BEFORE they shipped to me. Really...and you all shipped the cards to me knowing that they were worthless!!! Now four days until Christmas...$600 of my hard earned cash is stuck in worthless cards that I can't get refunded.

I ordered Metro PCS gift card to pay my phone bill. When I tried to use to pay the bill, I found out that I can not use the card, because it is not activated. I called the phone number on the back of the card, and I was told that I had to go to the register to activate it. I went to Metro PCS, then to Best Buy store trying to activate it, but was told that they are not able to do it. I spent hours on the phone trying to talk to somebody at BestBuy.com, I am just being transferred from one department to another. Can somebody call me to resolve the issue?

I purchased this card and it was not activated.....very frustrating.... Called the next day and was credited, but why send a card that is not activated?

So, I'm all about Reward Zone Points. I've been a Premier Silver Member for the past two years. Now I'm an Elite Plus Member. Buying these refill cards for my phone bills is a great way to earn points without making unnecessary purchases to stay at the Elite Plus level. You must spend $3,500 in a calender year at Best Buy to retain Elite Plus status. Well, every month I spend $100 on phone cards. That's $1,200. so, instead of using my credit card to pay bill online, I buy a refill card, get points, and pay my bill the same way. Very easy. And whenever I want to purchase apps, music or movies from iTunes Store, I buy an iTunes gift card. So, I spend about $1,500, and get reward gift certificates, just by purchasing things I need. It's a great way to remain Elite Plus. You do not want to buy things just to stay in Elite Plus. You buy things you need and/or want. Since Best Buy changed the Reward Zone points tier, it's much harder to remain in Elite Plus. Spending $3,500 in one year is hard, especially if you do not have Elite Plus income. Spending almost $300/month @ Best Buy is very hard. To be in Elite Plus, you probably already have all the latest gadgets. So, what else do I really, truly need? I had to get creative. After buying the refill and gift cards, I'm left with $2,000 to spend. Now I'm down to about $165/month to spend @ Best Buy. Going to need a TV later this year. Elite Plus seems within reach, even though I really do not make enough money to retain Elite Plus status. Now Best Buy needs to offer gift cards to pay my cable bill.

There are many ways to pay your MetroPCS phone bill. Out of the five different way to pay your bill. 3 of them charge a fee. You can pay with this phone card or by mail. I don't recommend paying by mail. The phone card is very easy to use. Even a dog can use this phone card. There are no confirmation numbers to write down. All you need is your phone number. Then you scratch off the activation number at the bottom of the card, like a lottery ticket. No taxes or fees, just 40$ a month. And no sales tax when you pay at the store. You can even use your reward zone card to build up points.

Purchased and activated my phone immediately using this card.

MetroPCS phone card is very easy to use. Just make sure you no your phone number. After sending my payment in the mail. I had many problems many times. Some times Metro didn't cash the check on time. Or Metro credited someone else twice. I didn't feel like paying the 3$ fee that the Metro store charges. I ran into the payment card at Best Buy mobile section in the store. I thought it was a great idea. So I tired it.. Ever since then, I been using the MetroPCS payment card. Its safer and fee free. Plus I get to use my Reward Zone membership card. Its all a plus plus!

Unlike other retailers, who email you the card info, Best Buy does not, according to their representative, unless it states "instant entitlement" which I could not find on this product's description anywhere. I've bought it in-store previously though, and it was an easy alternative to paying Metro to make the payment in store. (You can use it to pay online or over the phone.) Just don't buy it online unless you have time to wait for snailmail!

it lets me pay my bill with cash without the MetroPCS store imposed fee of 3 dollars every time ,and with the new 611 menu its so simple and fast it is the way to go

When purchased in store there is no sales tax (I know this is considered a service and Michigan at least doesn't charge sales tax for services...) I wish Best Buy would fix this with all the cards :(

MetroPCS phone card is the best way to make your payment on your cellphone. Its easy to use, all you need is your phone number and a phone. Plus it fee less and tax less.
