Good for livestream

The software is a little buggy at times. Also, I wish the microphone was better (we experienced mutliple audio cutoffs during our YouTube livestream). They really need to upgrade the hardware / software for the price. I am going to switch to the Hero 8 (which now supports 1080p live-streaming).

Great for Live Events

It does a great job and works with a few live streaming services. It has some fish eye from the lens, but overall, this is a great place to start!

Mevo could improve

Locking the phone to another company (Vimeo) in order to get the advanced editing software is on the edge of a scam. Laptop software with OBS would be preferred and would help sales.

Limited use

It looked like something we could use at our church for live streaming and recording. We just couldn't get it to work well for our uses. The audio signal was hit or miss. The platform on the app never did appear the way it was described in the ads or on the product's website. Getting audio good enough to use required getting the camera really close to the people doing the talking, and that just wasn't accommodating for our use.
