Wanted my 50" tv mounted above my fireplace but was having difficulty finding someone to do it. Geek squad saved the day!

While I agrees to pay for the fireplace installation, I was a little surprised of the added cost above the regular installation $$$. In my case, the mantle was not an issue and the height was about the same as a wall installation. No brick or ductwork to cause problems to justify the added cost. My decision ton pay it, which I had discussed it more. Bottom Line- installation was perfect so no need to regret.

I bought my house with an existing mount above the fireplace from where the previous owner had his T.V mounted. STILL got charged the extra fee just for it being above a "fireplace". They said it's policy so they still have to charge it. They did a good job and i'm still happy with the install.

I purchased this because we were moving in and I didn't have the time to get it installed, which would have taken me a couple of days. Now I will have it ready to go right away. However, the associated TV, etc won't get installed until next week so I won't know until next month when it gets installed along with the TV how it works out.

Installing a large tv on a wall requires a lot of patience and skill. You do not get to do it a second time with an expensive tv to break. They were quick, professional, asked questions of us and really listened to us about our needs.

I had it installed and it works great. Holds the tv, gives a great tilt, and was adjustable to make sure the tv looks perfect. This was installed on a stone fireplace and was installed perfectly. Clean, organized and took the time to make it look great.

Moving my tv from a stand and mounting it over the fireplace was one of the best decisions I have made. Not only did it free of my den from wire clutter but it also gave me back an entire wall. The room looks bigger with the tv mounted.

I bought my TV at Best Buy but wanted a special mount that was only available online. When Geek Squad delivered the TV my mount would not work in the space I had. No problem. They had a suitable mount on the truck and it works great!

The Columbia SC geek squad team was excellent. I had a multiple room install with two tvs,two sound systems, roku, and Orbi system. They worked non stop through the day. The coaching on the products including touch screen remotes was thorough.

The Geek Squad arrived at my house in force. They were are polite and courteous. They attached two televisions to difficult surfaces (rock fireplaces), and installed several other products I had purchased. A great value!

I was fortunate to have a wonderful technician install the TV mount over the fireplace. He had the extra equipment not originally anticipated to complete the job without requiring a second trip.

The team from Geek Squad did an outstanding job with all of the services I paid for. David and Stormie were both very nice and was a pleasure to have them in my home. Highly recommend.

The 2 professionals asked me questions regarding height, etc that I preferred. I left it in their hands & they did a great job! They also put up our antenna without me asking. GREAT and worry-free

My TV needed to be moved to fit the center channel and actual center it this time. It was done perfectly. Jeremy was meticulous and measured the opening and made sure it was perfect!

The Geeksquad member were very clean, fast and friendly. They actually asked for my input before doing any type of work to my home. Thank you for being excellent in customer service!

Having Geek Squad included with the purchase of a TV is worth it. The technicians I had were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and did an excellent job mounting our TV above our fireplace.

I don't know exactly what this product is.....but apparently something to do with mounting the TV above the fireplace and it is doing what it should...the TV is still hanging

The guys arrived on time. Installed outlet and installed tv and sound bar on top of fireplace in about an hour. They made sure everything was ok and clean before leaving.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the tv mount onto our brick wall. We were worried, but everything went smooth and now we have an 85" tv hanging on our brick wall.
