The Geek Squad created a sound system for me that is truly wonderful. They upgraded my wi-fi router with Eero which gives me excellent connectivity and speed throughout my house. Then they used Sonos to create a sound system that allows me to listen to music or voice from any source - iPhone, iPad, radio, phonograph, disc player, or TV in any single room or group of rooms in my house. If I choose I can even add my old tape player into the system. I can play different media is different rooms or the same mefium in all rooms. Sonos is easy to turn on, turn off, change mefia, select rooms, etc from an iPhone or iPad - even a not very computer savy person like me can handle it easily (though not flawlessly yet but I’be only had it for 2 day). The folks who set up the home theater in my condo placed everything where I wanted it and even though this is not a surround sound system (that was a cost thing mainly) by placing speakers at both ends of the great room I get sort of pseudo surround sound which I like for music (I have no TV in the great room and the rooms where there are TVs are really are too small for surround sound). They showed me how to work everything on the units and on my iPhone. They left the work areas (they worked in 3 rooms) acceptably neat and tidy and carted away the old equipment. They actually came a little before their estimated arrival time and had the entire job complete in about 2 hrs.

Easy set up and surprising clarity of sound. Not very intuitive input indicator lights. Without the setup guide, I don’t think I would have ever discovered how to select the digital audio input option.

Our Geek Squad representative is awesome. What she set us up with is exactly what we need. The installer also knew what he was doing. He had had experience installing our product and was very familiar with it.

Recommended a google mesh system for our home wifi. Works really well. Only complaint would be the slowness of making contact with them by phone and not good communication from the person I initially spoke with.

The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He efficiently completed the installation and then took the time to make sure we understood how to use the new system.

Geek Squad! Save time and frustration let the Geeks get it done right for you the first time. The hardest thing I had to do to get my new router installed was just open the door! Leaving me with more time to spend with my family. I would recommend any Geek Squad service.

It has been over 2 weeks for them to set up a 3 pack of orbi wifi system, they show up with a 2 pack an installed them . Now it is like pulling teeth to get some help from Best Buy.

Geek Squad set up all components to the Ring Cameras and got everything logged on.Even though it crashed would say that the service people were very good.
