Why sell this, when they cannot do it?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Sunbrite TV, mount, and installation (including a new outlet) in October. The installer in November didn't have the mount with him, and I had to go to the store to find out where it was (it was never ordered). Got a call from the Geek Squad to reschedule the install, and the installer still didn't have the TV mount (this is now early Dec). Went again to the store, and had to pick up the mount (the store had had it since mid November but had lost it). Third installers came out December 24th to install everything, and informed us that they do not install a new outlet like I paid for. Instead, they wanted to install an extension cord on the outside of the wall and plug it in for $330. Was told no one who works or contracts for Best Buy is an electrician and could not install an outlet. "MHT New Electrical Outlet (Same Stud Bay)" should be renamed "new extension cord run down wall and plugged in"
