Beautiful Proportioned - Awful Battery
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After my MOTO360 smartwatch broke, I went without a watch for a good 7 months before realizing, I really got acustomed to a watch to get things done, notified etc. Especially when I usually carry my phone in my big purse (longchamp- so ladies who know this know that there are no real compartments for things like a phone for quick access) and my phone would constantly have to be rummaged through a myriad of things before I finally miss the call Or whatever. I considered the Samsung Frontier for all the features I was looking for especially battery life (which as an issue with my moto 360) , water resistant for those days at the pool with the kids where I’m not submerged but prone to get wet, etc , but a BIG deal breaker with that was the Tizen rather than wear OS- not to mention the SUPER MASCULINE MONSTER of a watch on my lady wrist - regardless of the bands avail to feminize and soften the Gear Frontier. So I looked at the MK- beautiful, just what I wanted, WEAR OS, aethestically pleasing, screen was just the right size for it’s purpose, was able to connect flawlessly with my GOOGLE PIXEL 2XL, the FACES of MK to choose from were absolutely gorgeous and fitting to ANY occasion, very very customizable with the capabilities to save them to avoid needing to do EVERYTHING again. Notifications were immediate and sync’d great with fitness and real-time notification on calls and texts (meaning there was no lag from receiving a call on my phone to getting notified on watch - it was relatively simultaneous). I didn’t keep the ALWAYS ON option for battery longevity, toggled the gestures OFF, even had to choose non-animated watch faces (and some of the best MK faces are the motion ones- Beautiful!), and to my dismay, I LITERALLY had to recharge MIDDAY to have a functioning at least 20% by 11pm bedtime for me (my day would begin at 6am- when I’m out the door) - but by 11am (AT WORK when i can’t really do much with the watch but get quick notifications) the battery would already be at 40%. The next day i wanted to see the status of my battery- same start time of 6am - and by 6:40am of getting to work - barely getting anything but agenda notification from my calendar for the day- i was already at 83% - what? 40 minutes and already used up almost 20%???? I even blocked some apps from notifying hoping it would do something for my battery - but it was deemed fruitless. On the weekends would be worse since I was more active physically and had the chance to use the watch in responding and playing with it a bit to get the arch faces desired, customizing, etc, so it would be out of battery completely by 4pm. It was heart wrenching to give it back- it was soooo pretty- but definitely not practical... even felt kinda weird being blinged out with a fancy looking arch at a workout but I would’ve gotten an after market band for it , but didn’t even last that long to try. OH — and speaking of band - this watch has a band that EASILY allows you to conveniently remove it for band changing... however, a little TOO easily. I have a few time accidentally hit the large release buttons and can imagine losing it easily it I wasn’t attentive to my wrist. Like I said, BE-AU-TI-FUL watch, in every way fashionable and got many compliments, but BATTERY says it last up to 24 hrs is down right misleading and an utter LIE ... unless you do not have any notifications, stop any activity tracking, have the screen off 98% of the time, and charge it during the day at least once ... it DOES NOT last allllll day... no matter the minimum done- unfortunately I had returned it 14 days after purchasing to give it a FAIR chance in convincing me it was worth it... at 350 I would expect at least a full day (as in at least a full 10 hours before worrying of charging for more stamina). I hope one day to have a smart watch that is Fashionable and PRACTICAL with a super battery. Let’s hope for GOOGLE WEAR WATCH in OCT ‘18 to have put some though into this. Here’s to hoping.

Watch looks nice but not worth buying it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I bought the watch love how it looks got compliments how the watch looks really nice, overall performance not worth it speakers are not great when using Google Assistant or doing voice text I had to extend my arm for it to hear me very frustrated, I tried to link it up to MK app the one that tracks your steps sleep it wouldn't sync with the watch, I was receiving my notifications then it didn't work so I return the watch not worth for the price.

Looks great, but doesn't work as designed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the look of the watch which is one of the reasons I bought it. It's very feminine unlike other smartwatches out there. However, I bought the watch yesterday, charged it completely, setup it up, and by the end of day the battery life was gone. Then this morning, I woke up to a fully charged battery. Worked out at the gym and used the watch early this morning, and by 11 am, the watch was already on battery saving mode. Secondly, I noticed that it does not keep track of steps very well. I will be returning this watch today!

Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The band does not stay on. You might lose your watch. My daughter and I both got this watch. Tried two different bands with both watches. The band will not stay on. We cannot even wear them.
