Wonderful tool

I use the stronger setting for cheek area and does a great job. Using the 3 (stronger) setting does drain the battery very quickly but it will give you a warning and then you can bring the setting to 1. Overall this tool does very well and leaves my face feeling very smooth, shiny and nice. I only wish BB would also sell the blades!!

Won’t hold a charge after 5 months

Bought this is December 2021 and less than 6 months later it barely holds a charge. I’ve been a big supporter of Michael Todd Beauty products including Sonic Blend and Sonic Clear. This is my 2nd Sonic Smooth, the first one lasted 4 years before it didn’t hold a charge. Looks like I received a bad unit. I’ll try contacting the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. However, I don’t have high hopes based on what I am reading online regarding their customer service.
