Microsoft support tells me that i have to reach out to Citizens Pay since they handle the activation codes. Citizens tells me that Beat Buy hasn’t updated them that I’ve picked up my item which can take 3-5 days. So, at this point I’m just staring at the XBox and hoping I can do something with it in a few days.

So many games to play with the game pass it’s unreal! Super easy pickup from BB and super easy to setup! Definitely Recommend!
