It offers allot of programming for your office and for your writing tools along with creative mind for a good price i feel like but i still feel like they could be more descriptive on the product itself and how they all work before buying into it

This is a deal! I have 2 PC's(desktop and laptop) so buying 2 individual is so close to this price...but now I can share more with others...(some may even share cost) Easy to share

I've subscribed to MS 365 for 3-4 years now, and really like what it provides. In particular, the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the 1 TB of cloud storage (per person) offered by OneDrive, for me to use on multiple devices. I can also share all of that (including an additional 1 TB space on OneDrive) with up to 5 members of my family. My only complaint has been that it's very difficult to get assistance from Microsoft, anytime I've needed help. Perhaps due to the pandemic, they've stopped offering any direct customer service by phone. They still have Chat access, but I find it difficult to explain problems I'm having that way. Otherwise, I find this subscription offers a lot of applications that I need and use on a daily basis, and will continue to subscribe to it yearly.

Went from a personal subscription to the Family in order to save money from two personal accounts for my wife and I. I have had Office for many years, and like using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Convenient option for families needing multiple copies of the Office applications. Setup and sharing were simple and straight-forward. Have not encountered any issues with the operation of any of the individual applications.

Access to the aps for family and 1gig onedrive storage. Price was right.

So happy to have a program we can share among our family!

Do not like the subscription requirement every year-- just to get updates. It is not for me, I suppose it is useful for families with multiple computers. This version has multiple licenses but updates every year are really not necessary. On the "up-side" the programs are reliable and easy to use just like the older version on my desktop! I gave it a 3- star only because of the subscription issue which is a personal issue not because of the way it works...If you want to use Office-- just pay for the single license version or evaluate your needs before purchasing the subscription/ license version.

My staff appreciates having the same edition of Microsoft Office. It allows everyone to share all documents now that our edition is current. We were surprised and elated when we noticed we could also download Office onto 5 iPads. 10 editions of Office for a great price- what more is there to say!

Best bang for your buck. I subscribed to it when it was given free for trial period and you can stack up multiple times which essentially makes mine free for almost 1 year. 1 TB Storage of OneDrive is the best features of it. Sync perfectly and automatically uploaded all the photos and contents of your chosen to the cloud. Office softwares can be used seamlessly. Only downside is after trial period ends, the price it charges is not justified to me, less than $50 annual fees should be a sweet spot.

I needed to update my computer. This was exactly what was needed! Easy installation and easy to use. Any other issues were on Microsoft's side. Sometimes they make it a nightmare to get rid of the older installations.

The family plan is a good plan if you have a large family each with a laptop and who need all the features the MS365 provides. For us, who use only 3 of its components, on possibly 2 laptops, it’s a little too much. But the other packages are there in case we need it. Also, we did get a rebate making it cheaper than the MSOffice version. I hate it is only a 1 year subscription- unlike in the old days when it was almost “lifetime”. MS stop being greedy
