Customers love the 365 Family subscription for its ease of use, compatibility across multiple systems, and great price. Many appreciate its performance, software features, and cloud storage capabilities. Installation is straightforward, and users value the regular updates and tools like Excel. However, some customers dislike the yearly subscription model, and a few have experienced issues with Outlook.

The advantages of this subscription version are that updates are automatically provided and that its functions are available anywhere.
The disadvantage (if it can be called that) is there is an annual cost, so the length of time one uses the programs, the more expensive they become. Admittedly, that is from the perspective of an old grouchy curmudgeon.... More seriously, this seems to be a fine product.

Great value I have three computers on the plan right now and plan on adding probably 2 more soon.

Bought this for my household, two PCs and one Mac. And the local apps for both work great. I run a small communications consultancy from my home office, and having free access to OneDrive and real-time file sharing has streamlined collaboration and version control. This really makes small business tick. I haven't spent much time with OneNote, but am looking forward to getting more familiar.

This program assists me in providing office applications such as calendar and is able to be used on several different devices. I only wish that I could purchase a non-subscription edition that would provide these tools.

I use most of the software included in Microsoft 365. Now that I am retired I have continued to use it for my personal use. They are so powerful that I know that I could do so much more with them. They more than satisfy my needs but I continue to learn more things to be able to increase my productivity.

Great program. I needed this so I could still work on documents at home and at work. We had computer issues at work and I needed to use my computer at work. I was told we were upgrading to the 365 world so I decided to get this so I could start exploring it.

I bought this with my HP Envy right after surgery, so I didn't set anything up for a month. My Disabled Vet son's free MS office for his new laptop just expired. I loaded MS 360 on my Envy, then I went to install it on his laptop---Like magic-MS 360 immediately loaded up on his laptop.
I sort of expected a problem, as I had trouble transferring my MS account to my new desktop. MS provided me with pretty good customer service. I recommend getting MS 360 Family, if you're even thinking of getting a new desk top or laptop. My son is a basic user, but he's in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, a volunteer group under USCG purview, and MS 360 interfaces beautifully with official USCGA electronics. MS transferred his contacts from the old account, and is easier for him to work with.

It is the staple of true office programs. I have purchased a new version of this each time i bought a new desktop, laptop, and now for my surface tablet. This has a set of programs i cannot live without and the imitators just dont compare. Dont give in to cheaper products, remember....you get what you pay for

Great support from Geek Squad. Not happy Microsoft license policies need so much continuing revenue.

Great buy at a great price. Got this on sale. I almost paid $20 more on Amazon. This is a must have for any new computer. I liked that it covers up to 6 devices in my home. Theres also a number for customer services. This is always great for not so techno savvy people.

I am impressed with the many features in the Microsoft 365 packages. I am not very "tech savvy" but, so far, I have found them easy to access and use. And I love the fact that, for one price, each member of my family can also share them.
This review is from Microsoft - 365 Family (up to 6 people) (15-month subscription - Auto Renew) - Activation Required - Windows, Mac OS, Apple iOS, Android [Digital]

It's a great product, just extremely different from my 2007 version. Still learning how to use it.
