The product works seamlessly on my new machine. I've been super happy with Microsoft through the years and continue to find ways to use it's tools both in life and in business.

Works as described. Makes it easy for entire family to get their work done.

I don't like Microsoft's idea of online product selling instead of on a storage disc as it has always been. Having this product as an online item resulted in so many copyrights and reselling of used software or selling software in sharing counts. Other than this reason, Microsoft products are fantastic!

Quick to install, ease of use and compatible to our work

My automatic renewal did not go through, so I had to go into the store to correct the problem. I was charged by Best Buy but the renewal did not get through to Microsoft, so I lost access to all my Microsoft files. They fixed the problem and gave me a discount for my trouble.

So far so good I have it on four devices for the extra layer of protection. Would recommend recommended to everybody

This was so quick and easy to download. I have yet to download it to my tablet and mobile but having the 5 devices option is nice. I am still getting used to the new system though. I wish there was more of a detailed tutorial on the navigation. This is more of a learn as you go.

This is a great value for a family Office subscription. Installation and adding the apps to other devices is simple.

Good product, fairly priced , I'm pleased with it's performance, I use it on both my desk top and lap top. The program is useful for many projects and work

I have used office 365 for several years and will continue to do so. I use the multiple installs so it is only $20 per year per computer. that is far cheaper than buying the software as in the past, and is always the latest version and up to date. I purchased the card in the store to renew when my subscription is due in July. I don't want the hassle of Microsoft having my credit card to auto renew. The only drawback is best buy sending me an annoying email about every week telling me it is time to renew, which it isn't, or have geek squad do it for me. (no thanks)..

Product is great easy to access easy to use. Has many benefits, like 1T Of cloud storage .

Great product I was glad I purchased it. Quality and functional, easy to use!

We previously had 365 for an individual computer. After purchasing the family version it was a bit challenging to set it up to all one account. Once we spoke with a representative we were able to work it out and have a credit for the remaining months for the individual subscription.

It has its moments of silliness, as with all MS products, but overall, better than Google crap.

Use this on all my devises! Like all the features. Easy to use.

A no brainer. I would recommend to all multi users. A great value for the price.
