I use Publisher for so many different things. And Word is simply a necessity. I look forward to being able to have the latest edition of office now.

Easy to download. Make sure that you have your receipt handy since you will need the numbers from it.

Microsoft Office has been available in one form or another for many years. The last version continues its tradition as an invaluable tool for home, school, and business applications. It is unfortunate that the program has to be purchased on an annual basis. That was not the way it was originally marketed.

The first time I tried to buy this I brought the software programmer and I asked if it was the correct one and I was told yeah. 6months later I returned to the store. I was informed that I didn’t have Microsoft Word and I was confused.. so then I had to purchase the correct thing. Please make sure you buy the correct product. Asking the staff won’t prevent this and you will save money doing so.

I don't use Microsoft 365 everyday any more and that is why I could not award all star compliments. I do want to thank Geek Squad and Best Buy for helping me with the purchase and installation. Not only do I live in the boonies, but I also do not get into town often during the pandemic. You people handled the purchase and installation on my laptop and tablet with ease. Many thanks and kudos to you! You people really are the best!

Great product and less expensive than 2 single subscriptions

This is great for my family & I. We are on the go and use a lot of devices. Now we can access stuff without a thumb drive or emailing to oursrlves

Very easy to install. Within a few minutes, my family all had Office and some cloud storage up and running. Using it on multiple PCs (and being able to move licenses around) makes the recurring charges easier to swallow, though I wish there were more current persistently-licensed versions of Office.

Realy like my new cpmputer lack of cables is a real plus. Fast enough for me. I'm not a gamer. The keyboard sucks IMO. Trying to decide if I need tochange it. Having Edge tring to control everything is really annoying, Guess Best Buy doesn't have the economic clout to tell HP to fix it. I know its part of the internal workings but why can't it be buried and let better browers be used? Get with it Best Buy!!!

I mainly use Apple's version's instead of Microsoft office. There are some things at work in Microsoft office a little bit better than Mac so I use it every now and again. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The Microsoft Family 365 was recommended instead of the current Microsoft 365 plan. We can no longer access our company emails because they interfere with each other. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours talking to Best Buy and Microsoft and no one can fix the problem nor can they delete the Microsoft Family Plan that was recommended by Best Buy, The only thing we do know is we will not get a refund on the 365 Family Plan if and when it is cancelled. So, we have wasted $120.00 base on Best Buys recommendation.
