At this point we all know about Office. I will say that I am no a huge fan of the subscription model HOWEVER when you can catch a deal it is a good way to get office on a number of computers without breaking the bank in one big chunk. I dinged one star because it seems to me that this version pops up a lot more messages, like hey try this template, or how about this theme stuff compared to what I was previously using. One other little thing is that it does seem to be slower to open and complete operations, but that could me becoming old and impatient.

It was great to upgrade to Microsoft 365 from Office 2013 and share it with my partner. It is hugely beneficial to have access to OneDrive and all computer files on my multiple devices.

Office 365 is easy to use & has a lot to it. In addition, it can be shared with up to 6 people, so you get more for your money.

Great addition for a laptop purchase and the entire family can use it.

Trying to activate my MS 365 subscription that I purchased through Best Buy before receiving my ship-to-home computer has been a manifestly MISERABLE experience. It's not clear when clicking on the pre-installed 365 app how or where I should enter the product key, and the Microsoft website sent me round in circles before I figured it out. I don't necessarily think this is Best Buy's fault, and having to buy Office on a yearly subscription is nothing but a nakedly venal shakedown anyway, but since I have to have it I realize it would have been a lot easier if I'd just purchased it off the web after I unboxed the computer. The $10 off just isn't worth it.

Minimal hassle to put the software on multiple computers & synchronize information with ease. Especially useful if you need a "backup" computer to handle time critical tasks or have a large family with multiple computers/devices.

Microsoft Suite is a great product. I don't have to worry about conversion. I gave it four stars because it's a subscription that only lasts a year, instead of a product

previously had an individual plan but needed to upgrade to a family plan. I've resisted paying for annual or monthly services/plans, but when the whole family can use the product, it isn't so bad.

Good product. Somewhat confusing on identifying additional users.

I do not need to travel with my laptop, I am able to access all my files around the globe.

Used on my personal devices. Convenient to stay current with latest versions of Office and low cost of ownership. No downside that I can see and renewing every year is not expensive for what you get. I can see myself always staying with 365 version if MS continues to offer it.

I got the Microsoft 365 because my work will not get it for us anymore. Glad I got the family one because my daughter got a new computer and needed as well.

Everything runs with office, I like the addition of publisher in this. Would much rather skip the subscription though.

This is the best product among all the Microsoft choices, made even more valuable with Best Buy Total Tech services!

I don't like Microsoft's subscription model, but I really don't have much of a choice.
