    Everyone uses Microsoft Office. Small wonder. I had a hard time opening emails attachments until I purchased this program. One word of caution, when I started the installation process, a box popped up asking me to call this number for help. It was a scam. I checked on line and other customers had the same problem.

    At first I couldn't decide to buy this or the software, but I'm glad I got this. Already I've shared it with other family members who have needed the programs on their computer. They simply downloaded it to each pc. And I've been able to use it on my iphone. I also love that we will always have the current version.

    I software itself is ok. However I question purchasing from Best Buy. Had the hardest time getting information on how to download which have been a simple task. The Geek Squad couldn't even do it. And now I'm having problems accessing the other software which I purchase (up to 6 people). Was a better people going through Microsoft itself.

    Was told that most complaints about this product are from folks upgrading to it and believe that. My under-developed intuition concerning computers has been challenged with this software as I use what I knew to operate what I now have. In other words, it seems best for me to act as if this is the starting point rather than an upgrade. Yes, it's that different from Windows Vista which I've been dragging around since it arrived.
