    Use Excel a lot. Do not like the animation with this version. To turn it off have to turn off all animation on the computer. Don't care for color scheme compared to older version of Excel. Seem to load without any issues. Which Excel had a way to set default number format. Seems have to create a template that you then have to go open versus having what you want when you open Excel. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing.

    If you have used Microsoft Office for PCs, you will find this very similar in functionality. It is mussing a few of the advanced functions of the PC version, but when the version updates are released, you can download them to bring you up to date. This purchase also entitles you to use it on your other Apple products - i.e. iPad, other iMac etc.

    Not sure I'm a fan of the subscription based software, but I guess that's a way to keep to the current product as they change/update it. Use mostly Word and Excel. They function as expected. Haven't used for any new applications, so not sure how any of the newest features work (assuming there are new ones anyway!)

    So far I like it. However there was not a cord in the box. This was an "open box" purchase but a cord is needed to use it!
