This Samsung model is very difficult to navigate to set up the television the way you want. I suggest the delivery team assist the customer with a complete set up especially with a non tech type of customer.

I'm using Word for business cards and letterhead, Excel for data, charts and accounting, Outlook for email and To Do lists and OneNote for organizing my thoughts.

These are the originals. The gold standards. The ones by which all others are measured - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. I'm a long time user of these tools, and willingly pass up the cloud drive features just to get the tools I love. I recommend this suite for any professional, albeit a little more expensive then one might like but it's a sacrifice that's worth making for the feature set. Note some features are only available for Windows users, which is disappointing since the platform is sold for all platforms. They shouldn't launch key features (stock and geographic data types in Excel) for Windows without simultaneously offering them to Mac.

But I'll have to admit since using it, I haven't really had much of an issue with it. And most of the features are all there. For home use, 365 is great. Now business is another matter.

We love that it has multiple licenses allowing us to let everyone in our family have their own license for there computers. It was also a great deal when purchased with a laptop.
