    It works well for what I need it for. The cost of having to renew this every year is a bit much at 100$. Be better if it was good for at least 2 years.

    This is more cost effective than buying computers with preloaded office. If you keep a computer less than 3 yrs, this is the way to go.

    Office 365 is a good product, however I bought it for Publisher which is way too complicated for an old man like me to effectively use!

    I liked the old days when you could buy it & not have to buy it again the next year, but other than Best Buy forgot to authorize the code it's fine.

    I had Office 365, but for one device, it didn't come with Outlook. This one came with Outlook and I installed everything and it's great.

    Change for the sake of making change and a profit, this is the worst "update" version of microsoft yet. The graphics are horrible and the overall program is confusing at best. Where is the improvement Microsoft? You're just taking our money now!

    I went techsupport last nite, couldnt connect or understand tech. went to store and they said it was just of line, and would come back shortly. went to chat and after 454 minutes no reply. tried to go aon line to activate and couldnt. not good supoort.
