If you're looking to ditch the subscription fee, check out our Office 2019 packages. Office 2019 requires a one-time purchase and then you'll have the software on any one device for as long as Microsoft supports it. Microsoft is telling me that they are having server issues! I spent the better part of 4 days trying to download per their instructions. They finally did download a temporary version, although it is only for one computer. I paid for 5 computers. This started July 4 and is still not resolved as of July 18. This is totally absurd. They claim I am not the only one with the problem. I am very unhappy. They are impossible to get a hold of on an ongoing basis. I cannot believe that a company of this magnitude would be unable to resolve this issue in a timely manner. This has cost me a tremendous of time and is very disconcerting. I am very unhappy with Microsoft. Help!!!!
