Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is not a good time to do a review..since the pandemic..I have not been able to get good instructions on using my computer..When you purchase an item in the store..you get alot of support..I tried several times just to set up my password so I can pay my bill and I still have not been able to do..so I just call and give my payment..I am very frustrated..

Those coming from older versions will be confused by old commands having been shuffled, keyboard function oddities, and sections of typing wondering off into the aether. The default to save to the cloud is rather silly
