    This was sold to me by the rep as a great answer for the whole family as it comes with 5 users. NOT true. One login only and must be under one name. VERY difficult to load on multi-devise.

      Hello EMan, you are correct. 1 user / name manages all the users on 1 subscription. Once each user has installed Office 365, they do not need to deal with the main user to use Office 365 or get its updates.     After downloading to my new computer, unable to download to any additional device. When I call, I m referred to online support, but online links don’t fix problem. I specifically bought it to share and feel like I’ve wasted my money

      Hi there,

      Once you redeem your purchase of Microsoft 365 Family, you can then install in on additional devices by logging into your Microsoft Account on the new device and navigating to your subscriptions. From there you should be able to download and install it on the new device.
