I Pay that night... I install that night In the computer 15 days later and still doesn't recognize the number.... Doesn't work....

I can not get the 6 seats working. I hate to find out what Microsoft will do to my computer when I stop paying for the crappy office suite.

tried to install password did not work tried to reset password DID NOT WORK, had GEEKSQUAD TRY ! WOULD NOT WORK STILL DO NOT HAVE OFFICE 365 HOME INSTALLED

The program has to many things about it that an old person like have a hard time figuring out. But like I said, it is working for what I need.

Having lots of problems with this product. It is downloaded on my computer but stops working when I try to print a document also sometimes when I want to reopen a saved document. I've used the helpline and they helped me in the moment but I am still having issues. My kids need this for school so it is frustrating every time they need to do some thing for school and it takes way longer then necessary to get this done.

Seems that if you have had 365 from one card, you can't set up another card against same email....very difficult to manage with multiple devices if you have over 5

Really hate subscription based programs. Prefer to have the actual code work for more than just one year. But at least its the most current version of the software.

I’ve resisted switching from license to subscription. In the long run it seems more expensive and I’m boxed into upgrades on vendor’s schedule not mine.

I always have problems accessing my Office 365 from my laptop. It never lets me sign in... and I can't ever type a simple document. It's confusing and I would never get it.

I find it f=very confusing to manage the installs that come with the license. The various logins to the Microsoft account vs computer are overly confusing.

I like the way the various parts work. However. Administration of the program is unmanageable. I have two MS accounts and can't figure out which one this is in. It has been telling me for months that my subscription has expired but it continues to work once I delete all the warnings. I can get no help from MS support. In fact, I can't even understand what they are saying.

Bought at best buy in july and now they are telling me it need to be updated. I thought my subscription was good for a year!?

I find it a little slow to load. It is slightly confusing to use to share documents and sometimes when we download we have a hard time finding the file again

Very difficult to install-still not running correctly.

Had to purchase since we bought a new computer. Too bad it has to be renewed each year instead of just being loaded onto the computer like it used to be.

Hard to install and get working properly; I had to seek professional assistance to get it working correctly. Should have bought the regular version.

It works fine, but I am not liking the subscription system of this. It requires that I be logged in to get updates and such.

Installed Office 2013 as an upgrade from 2010. Programs open very slowly. Microsoft needs to abandon the whole account login portion of their products. I get the need for safety and security, but having to login with a Microsoft account seems rather intrusive and slows the programs down. The themes for all of the office product have a white background, which apparently cannot be changed. Gets very difficult to see after a short while and becomes quite blinding if reading a spreadsheet too long.

Microsoft is chancing there point of view to gain revenue for stakeholders. The Office Suite is good for average users. But after experiencing Adobe, WOW!!!
